2.2 All services are tailored to individual needs; however, outcomes may vary depending on the participant’s commitment and involvement.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 All bookings must be confirmed through our official channels (email, phone, or website).
3.2 Payments must be completed before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 All personal information shared during sessions or training is treated as strictly confidential.
4.2 No information will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Clients are expected to engage fully with the program and complete any assigned tasks or exercises.
5.2 The client acknowledges that personal growth requires commitment and effort, and results may depend on their active participation.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Jimmy van der Ham is not a licensed medical professional. Services provided are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
6.2 Results are not guaranteed, and the client assumes full responsibility for their progress and decisions during and after the program.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All materials, techniques, and content provided during sessions or training remain the intellectual property of Jimmy van der Ham.
7.2 Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Jimmy van der Ham is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
8.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jimmy for any claims or liabilities resulting from their participation.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
9.2 Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
